 All the very best to friends who are going to face interview today and onwards.   Be there at the venue before time with confidence, positiveness, clear and understandable  communication skill and of course, in a decent attire.  Situation based questions and questions relating to present scenarios in CIL/Subsidiaries will be there. Just deliver your answer incorporating your visionary thoughts, problem solving attitude, competencies, factors to promote employer branding, organisational development, etc. Never ever argue with the panel over any subject. It is better to be quite than to be ill rated.  If you are not aware or sure of the answer of any question asked during the interview....simply get it passed by saying " Sir, I had gone through it but unable to recall the same at this juncture, sorry " Don't get nervous, you people have worked hard and cracked the written exam by studying a lot of things.
